I have an iPhone 4 on iOS 5.1.1 and it's locked for 2 million minutes

I don't want to restore it because it'll go to ios 7 and I absolutely hate that software. I'd much rather have a limited app supply than that. Any help? Ideas? Suggestions?

Try to wipe everything off the phone but make sure you have all your stuff backed up

That means your phone is locked for 91 years. If that is acceptable to you, do nothing and wait. Otherwise, buy a new phone that is not an iphone in order to avoid ios 7 or accept the new OS and restore.

All new apps are iOS 7, no reason not to go to that.

There's a tiny hole some ware on the phone stick a small nedol in it and hold it
that is what i did it worked but it deleted everything

If you restore it, and have a backup copy of all your data and 5.1.1 on iTunes what are you talking about? A restore doesn't automatically update your phone. Just have Itunes ignore the update notifications and you'll be fine.
