I have an iPhone 5 iOS 6.1.3 and wish to jailbreak?

My phone has gotten messed up with the volume button and was thinking I have a year factory warranty with apple and was wondering if apple still sells iPhone 5 with a low iOS not updated to 6.1.4

Would recommend a visit to the apple store while you are in warranty and not have jailbroken the device.apple ma y replace your phone at their discretion

I HAVE USE AN IPHONE SINCE THE 3GS AND WHEN I USED MY 4S I ACCIDENTLY DROPPED IT WENT TO THE APPLE STORE All IS PERFECT

Apple will only issue an iPhone on the current iOS - which is 6.1.3 for your device.

There will be no way to jailbreak it until iOS7 comes out.
