Is it on? Cuz that won't work then… Lol. Try holding thehome button down 15 secs. If that dousnt work, take th e battery out. Or tke it back
Try a hard reset by holding the on/off button and the regular button at the same time. If the reset does not work then take it to Apple. Schedule an appointment on their website and then show up to whatever scheduled appointment you requested.
Hold down the sleep/power button and home button down until the phone restarts. If that doesn't work than set it up as a new phone in iTunes. If that doesn't work you need a replacement.
