Yes, there's an app in the app store call "Free Music download". There are quite a few, but the one that I would recommend would be the blue one with the music note on it. There are several websites, like mp3skull.com and vidtomp3.com. Vidtomp3 works better with full album downloads. You can also find more websites on google.
