I have been locked out of my Hotmail email account

I went to login to my email today on the computer as normal, same password etc and it kept saying it was wrong - I tried too many times and now I'm locked out!

However I'm still logged in to my emails on my Iphone… Is there anyone I can email about this problem - because the phone code is linked to another phone which I don't have anymore, and the other email for reset I no longer have access to either

Well want to let you know that to recover the hotmail account filling the form is the only option after tht you have to wait to get the reset link to change password and put new one.

The most common reason why a hotmail account get locked is some unethical activities which somehow linked up with your account. It could be a chance some one trying hack your account also.

  • Setting up a College-given Hotmail account in Mail or Sparrow for iPhone? I attend a school where the email given is hotmail, but the address is not xxxx@hotmail.com. When I try to access my account on Mail or Sparrow on my iPhone, I can't get it to work. It either says that it can't connect, or asks for ingoing/outgoing servers, etc.etc. And then tells me it can't connect. If anyone has any ideas for Mail or Sparrow they would be much appreciated! I will use whichever I can get to work, so please let me know if you have ideas for either app.
  • Lost password to Hotmail account, though I can access it from my iPhone? Basically I have lost my password. I also have no idea what the answer to the secret question is, or any of the other questions, so I can't reset the password. I can however access the account from my iPhone, but I would like to know what my password is. Is it possible to retrieve the password from my phone? Or perhaps some other way?
