I have iPhone for life plan with Sprint and they said they would give me $345?

So, I an older iPhone with a Tmobile plan and I went to Sprint because they said they could buy me out of my plan. Sprint owes me $345 since I ended my contract with Tmobile and switched to Sprint on the iPhone for life plan. I believed that once I got my terminating bill from Tmobile I would bring it to Sprint and they would give me the money. I owe Tmobile $424 and Sprint said they would give me $345 and I would pay the remaining balance. I went to Sprint and they told me they would reimburse me and that the money would take 10-12 weeks to get to me… So now I'm left paying the $424? I'm so confused, please help me out. Is there a way I can get the money Sprint owes me before 10-12 weeks? I can't afford to pay the $424…

That is the way it works, you get reimbursed. Then you get a credit on your bill or a gift card. You really didn't think they were going to hand you $money just for signing up did you?

And that 10 to 12 weeks is to make sure your final bills from T-mobile have been dealt with and you stay just long enough to be locked into your Sprint contract. So that now you are in a bind, you will have to decide on who you will pay, T-Mobile to keep from going to collections, or Sprint to keep up on your bill.

And it may come sooner, but don't count on it.
