I have pain in the top left of my mouth. My 3rd molar?

I was told by my dentist that I have no wisdom teeth at all. I'm 15 years old. For the past two days now I have had pain in the top left of my mouth at the 3rd molar. I have three molars and a 4th one growing in. I don't know much about how many teeth grow in and how many I should have. The pain occurs even when I don't move my mouth. I don't own any type of dentist tools so I can't check if it is a cavity. I have tried to use my iPhone to see inside my mouth but it is very difficult. It causes pain on my entire upper left cheek and makes it swell. Could I have a wisdom tooth growing in? Is there such thing as a fourth molar?

  • Upper right back pain and neck pain. Is it lung cancer? I have mild scoliosis and spend several hours a day on the couch watching videos or movies on my iphone. The pain comes and goes. I don't exhibit any other symptoms of lung cancer. I have never done drugs or smoke at all. I don't feel pain when I breath in deeply. There's mild pain in my neck and lower skull. Is it cancer or poor posture and scoliosis?
