No! Some things can be corrected or improved but blurriness is not one of them. The only way is to retake the pictures.

Not really on mobile devices, at best you would download to computer and use photoeditors that can process clarity better than a m8ni screen, and blur can mean different values, blur depth, blur focus, blur darkness, and blur foggy day,

It is the shake alignment blur that can be corrected by a few pixels, anything to do with depth and poor lighting require other tools or not able.

Slightly blurry photos can be sharpened a little in any of the editing softwares, and probably in most apps.

Seriously blurry photos can't be improved. Try to analyse why those photos failed, and shoot differently in the future.

Shorten their duration in Photoshop

Blur reduction, carefully then

Increase sharpness ect and sometimes
