I have to purchase a free app?

I've had 3 iPhones before
The 4, the 4s & again the 4s but in white.
I've never had this before with any of my iphones accept with my new 4s, whenever I try to download for example a game from the App Store it tells me to put in my password so I do so, then it pops up saying to press continue to verify my payment… The things I try to download are free! So I have no idea. I use to be able to get whatever but now this is just annoying & sad /

Ok so i will not be exactly accurate because i had to fix this problem a long time ago. So what i would do is:
1- go to app store
2- go to a free app
3- continue to billing options
4- there should be a none option since the app u r trying to get is free
5- you should be good to go

  • Why won't it let me buy an in app purchase? So, i have a jailbroken iphone, and it didn't come with the in app purchases. & my friend gave me a itunes card to buy it. It won't let me buy it, and i've already offically bought the game, instead it gives me an error message saying "to purchase an application change the terminal settings" I have no idea, what is wrong. & it would also tell me this when i had an ilegal version, from installous. So any help?
  • Using an iPhone bought app on a new iPad 2, or do I have to purchase them again? So I'm selling my iPhone and getting an iPad and I have previously bought GarageBand and Xewton Music Studio (which was rather expensive for an app) for my iPhone. Now if I buy an iPad 2 will I be able to run these apps on the iPad 2 or will I have to re buy them again?
  • Jailbreak free in app purchase? I have I iphone 6s ios 9 and it is jailbroken my friend has a iphone 5 jailbroken and he has free in app purchase is it illegal to do that? If I do it will I get caught? And what will happen of I get caught. He just buys things for free in like subway surfers and games like that so it il illegal and can I get caught?
  • IPhone 6 won't let me purchase free apps? It won't let me download any free apps it keeps taking me to sign in for my billing and I've tried to remove my card but when I went to go do it the "none." Option is not available where it says credit or debit or PayPal. How can I get rid of my card so I'll be able to purchase free apps again
