I have two iPhones but one phone number?
This really sucks because I only get some texts on my old phone and other texts on my new one. What do I do?!
Get two phone numbers, the new one for business.
You may disable old iPhone and use the new one. Otherwise, you may want to talk to your career representative
(AT&T, T-mobile, Sprint )
You might have the same apple id on both phones
So only use one instead of 2, seems like common sense.
I think the problem here is not the same number on both phones, because that is basically impossible, its that the same Apple ID is still in use on both, therefore the iMessages & texts (maybe confusing one for the other here) are being sent to both.
Sign out of the Apple ID on one of them & you should be fine.
- Why can i Imessage from the same number, two different iphones? I just recently got a new iphone because the other is messed up. But for some reason as i switched over to the new phone, i could still text people who had imessage on the old phone. But people who didn't, i couldnt text on my old phone. Why does this happen? Is it because its not really a "text" message?
- Two iPhones, One Apple ID In my household, there are two iPhones, and they both use the same Apple ID, and when one of them downloads an app, it appears on the other one's iPhone as well. Is there any way to stop that?
- Two iPhones on one Apple ID? So I have my own personal iPhone 6 and an iPhone 5 supplied for my job. Can I sync both to my Apple ID and use apps I've bought on both devices? Say like my tomtom sat nav app. Can I have that on both devices so whether I need it for work or personal use I can just use the appropriate iPhone?
- If I have used two iTune accounts and delete an app that I downloaded on my first one, can i re download it on my second one? I want to update an app on my iPhone, however, that app was downloaded on another iTunes account that i used to use and don't remember the password to. If I delete the app and re download it, can I download it on the current account that I use
