I haven't synced my iphone, how can I find deleted messages from backup?
I deleted some important messages. I haven't synced my iPhone since then, so can I still get them on my phone and if so, how can I do this? Thanks for any help
Added (1). Yes I backed my phone after I got the messages. So how do I put them on my phone again?
You can only get them it you back up the iphone after you got those messages.
- Where can I find my contacts that I synced onto my Mac? I just synced my iPhone to my Mac laptop and I'm wondering where I can find them. And also, if you know, can I import them to a flash drive?

I did not back up my iphone on this computer and the original computer that i used to sync with is broken. Is there any possible way to get my lost music and videos back?
