I just received a iphone 5 that is severly damaged?

It has a cracked front and back, missing a home button, and is missing its rear camera. It also will not turn on.

That is why i prefer to go to the store to get my stuff so I can check it ^_^

How? And under what circumstances? Did you go directly through Apple or through someone else?

Did you buy it off of like ebay or some other classifieds. If so report it.

How are we supposed to tell you a course of action when you give almost no information? This is not even a question in the way it is formatted.
