I just unlocked my at&t iPhone 7 Plus and switched service providers?
I'm on iOS 11.1.2 and have Electra v1.0.4 installed, verified, and trusted. The phone needed to be rebooted in the unlock process. Every time I press the jailbreak button in the Electra app, the screen turns black with the spinning progress wheel it usually does except now it's stuck on this screen for a very long time until I force reboot the phone. I've followed instructions such as killing all apps, putting it on airplane mode, disabling Siri, and rebooting the phone and it still hasn't worked after many tries. I've given it a long time to do its thing, (more than 10 minutes), but it still stays on the black screen with the spinning progress wheel.
"Unlock" and "Jailbreak" are two very different things. Try deleting the Electra app.
- What service providers will allow me to use an unlocked iPhone? My contract is up for Verizon and I have a 4S. I really don't want to pay $110 a month when I'm not leasing a phone. I don't want a new phone, and I know virgin won't let you use an unlocked phone. I want something similar where I only pay around $50 a month for phone/data/messaging.
- What mobile providers can i use a verizon unlocked iphone 4s? I have an iphone 4s unlocked from verizon, and i want to use it on a prepaid service, but virgin mobile doesn't let you use other carriers, so any other carrier i could use it on?
- What cell phone service providers can I use with an unlocked iPhone 4? I was thinking of unlocking my iPhone. My two year contract with AT&T ended and the iPhone 4 I have doesn't have service with them anymore. If I were to unlock it, what cell phone companies would be compatible with the iPhone? [Which are cheapest?] Would virgin mobile work?
- Switched Iphones and now no service? Hi, so i recently was given an Iphone 4 from a friend (the exact same kind as my previous one) and I switched the sim card into the new phone and now I get no service. A few times I also got "Invalid Sim" instead. I thought that this was meant to be really easy to switch the Sim card but apperently not. I'm using rogers, if anyone knows an easy fix to this problem that would be greatly appreciated.Id rather not have to drive out to a Rogers store to get this fixed.
