I keep getting an error message on my iPhone 5 saying Unable to Download App?

I've tried resetting the network settings, I've held the power and home button down until the Apple logo came up and restarted, etc. Nothing has worked!
I'm able to download the Twitter app, but I can't download the app called Get Likes. I've tried multiple times and it keeps giving me the same error message. I don't want to restore my phone, and I can't buy a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just put it in a microwave, it will fix the app store error.

So when i'm listening to music on grooveshark about half through every song i get this stupid message that says "could not load movie" and resets the song or skips it. I'm very upset by this because i can't go a day without music and its been doing this for a week.
