I keep over sleeping, why though?

So I went to my friends sleepover 2 days ago and we didn't get any sleep at all through the night, so the next day some people took some naps when the sleep got to them separately. I went home and went to sleep for seven hours which surprised me, and so I woke up at eight. Later on, I went back to sleep again and I woke up at 12 in the morning the next day. I had gone to sleep at 11 that night, so that was a hell load of sleep that day overall.
I turn my iPhone alarm on but for some reason every time I look at it, it says its off. I do hear my alarms but I'm sick of getting up at 11 - 12.Is this something wrong with my health? I shouldn't really be doing this because when I went to school I would go to bed at a reasonable time and wake up at 5:30 (I know it's early but I take ages to get ready because I'm so tired).

I'm really sick of this, so is there anyway I can sort out getting at a more significant time, not jut sleep until 12!

Right now, I didn't sleep last night and i'm going to wait until tonight, then sort my sleep out like that. I will be tired and sleep at a good time tonight, set an alarm for a good time and fall to sleep and wake up around the same time each night and morning. Remember, you need on average aroune 6 - 8 hours of sleep a night. Hope this helped.

Perhaps the sleepover has thrown off your body's clock a bit. Because of the lack of sleep that night your body is so exhausted it's trying to make up the rest time.
Now that you've slept enough set an alarm or have someone call you and wake you at the time you want to get up and make a deliberate effort to get out of bed at that time. Do it for a few days so your body gets accustomed again.

  • Will sleeping with my iPhone 5 in airplane mode harm me? I just got a brand new iPhone 5 3 days ago. Before I used to sleep with my Nokia x6 under my pillow in offline mode. Is airplane mode the same and will it damage me or harm me in any way even if its in airplane mode and under my pillow. I usually sleep with my phone under my pillow because I use it as an alarm and because I like to listen to soothing music before I sleep.
  • Why is my iPhone copying the same video over and over? So I took a screen recording earlier today and when I went to send it, there were about 50 of the same video. I thought alright i'll just delete them. So I did. And they returned. I now have over 300 of the same video and it keeps copying itself.
  • Why does Netflix keep pausing and playing over and over? I'm using it on my iphone 4. And I have checked my connections over and over I've uninstalled reinstalled, signed in signed back and everything else that the troubleshoot website has recommend. And it's gotten annoying. It didn't start doing this as much until I updated the app before the ios 7 release. I'm currently using the trial for netflix and my laptop doesn't work so I can get it on anything but my phone.
