I keep seeing strange unusual things?

I always see quick moving shadows around me and also last night I was looking in the mirror which reflects outside of the house. When I was looking in there I saw a bright flashlight on pathway of our house. When I saw that I went into my room thinking that it was my sister but after about 20 mins my sister, nor had anyone come home. Today I asked everyone in my family if they had a flash on and they said no. What spooks me about this is that what I saw was definitely outside of the house and on the path next to the garden. The flash looked like the one from and iPhone. I also hallucinate a lot as well but the bright light is what spooked me the most.

It sounds like you have the initial symptoms of migraine - I'd go and get checked.

You have to get it checked from psychiatrist because if you see it more often and if it is interferring in your life
then it could be a serious problem. I used to hear voices and it was so real that you just cann't ignore it but my halucination completely fades away with the help of some medication. Now I'm living a more positive and happy life. I will just say that live a balanced life, enjoy your life to the fullest, don't live in any kind of fear because fear is the root cause of all mental illness.
