I locked myself out of my iphone?

Well i just bought my iphone 4s and it came yesterday and isn't activated so i can't go to the store and i really dint know the password, so is there some kind of way i can go on the computer and remove the password please help

I think once you plug it in and log into itunes, you don't need the password to open it. You can always restore it on itunes.

You can hold both the home and power button for 15ish seconds until it turns off, and when it turns on by itself, hold the home key for a bit to put it into recovery mode. Then you can restore it on itunes. Before you do it, make sure your idevice is plugged in to the computer and itunes is open.

I know you can use Restore, but I'd like to keep my images and iPhoto won't let me transfer images from a locked iPhone. Is there anyway to get around the passcode, or at least keep my pictures?
