In that case, you're out of luck.

The most you can do is to call your carrier and report your phone as lost. They will blacklist the IMEI to prevent anyone else from attempting to use it on a network.

Get another phone while your phone number's still good.

You don't need a phone for account recovery.

Just another internet connection from any device with access to a browser and your email account. People forget their login details all the time and Apple prompt users to set up alternative e recovery methods. But if you've been careless or silly enough to lose access to those as well then forget it: you'll have no chance.
