I lost my receipt what should I do?
My mom bought me an iPhone 4 for my birthday from Walmart. When she bought it they said that she can return it within 2 weeks. When I was checking the phone out, I noticed that the phone was Verizon and I really don't want that. We lost the receipt. My mom told me that we can try exchanging the iphone 4 for a 4s. I'm just really wondering if I can exchange the two phones without the receipt? What can we do?! I can't have Verizon because my mom doesn't like the contract. So overall my question is… Can we change the iphone 4 to an iPhone 4S without the receipt (my mom used her credit card to buy the iPhone). Please help this is very important! Please keep your answer simple but in a lot of detail!

The store may accept the credit card statement as evidence of purchase, or they may at least be able to check that day's till rolls with the credit card statement as help, to see the purchase.
A friend returned a faulty I Pod to a store and they found the original purchase on their old till rolls because she didn't have the receipt, but knew the day from her credit card bill.
C card company can provide copy of the charge if you call them. The rub would be if walmart will exchange with that and getting it all done in the time frame allowed, best call card company right away
- Will warranty for my iphone work if I can't provide receipt? My one year warrantee still works for my iPhone 4S and I was wondering if they would need to see a receipt or something? Is it easy as just calling them, explaining that my phone is defective because my Wi-Fi does not work and the option to use Wi-Fi is greyed out and they check the serial number or something and see that I'm good and I send my phone in and bam they fix it?

I got the steelbook and everything so i was wondering if they can look up my account on the computer. Also i have a power up card and the power up app for my iphone. I can see on there that it says i pre ordered so if they can't look me up in the system can i just show them my phone?
