I'm 14 competitive swimmer chubby guy and need to lose weight?
As a competitive swimmer at 14 I have practices at like 5 30 in morning but I've always been a competitive swimmer and need to lose some pounds and I've been eating healthy and exercising and doin traitholons lately but I'm not seeming to get anywhere I just need a plan too really help. Also I've tries apps on my iPhone that tracks my calories and nothing seems to do it… Please help
I think when you start puberty the pounds with shed and you will get taller.
Usually at your age your metabolism should be very quick, it slows down the older you get, and if you wake up that early and eat healthy, and excercise, and swim, and do triatholons I don't see how you can be chubby if your doing all these things you say you are doing. I don't know how long you've been doing these things… If you just started thats probably why, it takes time. Your not going to lose weight overnight. But its 100% impossible to do all these things and not lose weight in the long run.

The closest I've found was this game that gave me 6 letters and I had to try and make as many words as possible until I gave up and the game wouldn t let me level up until I paid extra (perfect for me) but then after playing for a week it demanded I pay for it to even play at all:/
