I'm already getting not enough storage messages?
So, I just got a 128 gb iPhone, and it's already sending me messages that my iPhone can't be backed up because I don't have enough storage!

I got an ipad mini 4 128 gb and it says i have just 114 and with the os just 107

Sounds like you're trying to backup to iCloud. ICloud is a cloud storage service, by default your iCloud storage is at 5gb, you have to pay if you want more. The iCloud storage capacity is nothing to do with your storage capacity on your iPhone.
It may be because you don't have enough storage in your icloud acount
