I'm on someone's Verizon company plan. I know I need the tax id number. What else do I need?
You need to have an authorized person to go with you or they need to put you on the plan as an authorized person. You can't just take the id number with you.

When I look up the IMEI of my broken iphone 5s on iphoneimei.info it says it's 16gb and when I look it up on imei.info it says it's 32gb… Which site is more accurate?
