I'm looking to buy a tablet. Recommendations?

While I do love my father's iPad Mini, it's not the most affordable. I'm looking for a tablet for the following needs:

- Document reading, such as PDF and Word files. I would also want to be able to underline and highlight things in the document. (Even if this function doesn't come with the tablet directly, if there's an app that allows me to, then it's fine). Document reading is the main reason I'm looking into getting a tablet.
- Music, but not necessary (imported from my computer)
- Videos (MP4 files downloaded from the Internet, as well as full-length movies imported from my computer)

Preferences:
- HD Quality, though not necessary. It is preferable so that I can watch my movies in good quality and take nice pictures. I'm not sure there's anything that competes with Apple's HD though, so I'm willing to compromise
- Size isn't a big concern, but I don't want it excessively heavy
- As cheap as possible for the best quality. I want something better than what I paid for (if that is at all possible)
- Simple to use if I have to connect it to the computer, but I would rather use the tablet as much as possible to make simple downloads from it directly instead of hooking it up to the laptop. The videos I want to download are free and legal and are made to be downloaded instantaneously from the website, though I'm unable to on the iPad mini and iPhone.
- Wi-Fi (MUST HAVE THIS)

If anyone can recommend good products and good prices that fit my needs, I'd be most grateful.

ACER bh-ah71 or some kind of android tablet will help you. Don't buy APPLE for this job that you mentioned earlier. Android has tons of apps and you can program app for your own too. If you need more information, please let me know about your question.see you.
