I'm really depressed and I don't know what to do?

I was very depressed over the summer and once school started it got a little bit better. But now it has gotten bad again, I have also started cutting again. I'm not really sure why I do it, it's just an instantaneous thing to do when I get angry and upset. I accidentally broke my IPhone the other day and my mom won't let me go anywhere to hang out with my friends because she has no way of getting a hold of me, but I told her I can text her off my friends phone, and this is making my depression worse because I'm just sitting in my room doing nothing all day when I get home from school. I'm also depressed just because I feel like a bad person and nothing goes right for me and I start to feel sorry for my self and I just don't know what to do anymore.

Invite your friends over. Do things to keep your mind busy. Like exercise or get a pet to care for. Anything that will keep your mind busy is good. Also smiling even if your depressed will help. You will start to feel better. Acting silly also will help. I k ow its sounds dumb but if you really try that and keep at it, it will help. Just make sure your not just sitting there with nothing to do.
