So I'm trading my iPhone 5 64gb on Craigslist and someone offered me $600 and a droid RAZR Maxx. Is this worth it

Yes, that sounds worth it. But remember that Droid only will work on Verizon; Verizon phones can't be unlocked to work on other carriers. Also it better not be already activated, or listed by Verizon as lost or stolen or you won't be able to activate it.
