I'm trying to back up my gen 1 iPad to iCloud to setup my new iPad mini 5th gen but the older one isn't backing up to iCloud?
And the the mini isn't syncing to my decktop computer. What do I do? Are there other ways to do this?
Open iTunes and do a local backup on the computer. You can then restore from your computer to your new iPad mini
