I'm trying to jailbreak my iphone 3G?

But I have a few questions
1: Is it safe?
2: Can I undo it?
3: What is the difference between jailbreaking and using whited00r?
4: Can I jailbreak and do on whited00r it?
5: I want to unlock it also.

Any added info on jailbreaking I well love to have.

Btw: I'm not good at getting to DFU mode it go to WTF mode, can I use software to get to DFU, I like to use redsn0w if possible.

you can use redsn0w for ios 6.1.3 and lower, http://www.InsanelyiOS.com… Don't forget the firmware (get the right one) (i'm assuming you know what your doing) if you don't know how to jailbreak---

Jail breaking for me is a waste of time because although it opens the phone up a little more and there are more interesting apps available it sort of ruins the iphone experience as the phone becomes more laggy and slower also the battery very often becomes effected and this for me personally was a problem so in the end i decided to go back to a vanilla ios experience and have never looked back.
