I'm trying to sell my verizon iphone?

Everyone that is interested keeps asking me if the last bill was paid on it, or else it won't work.heres the situation, my phone is on contract along with three others. My mom shut off the service to my phone, but still pays the bill for it, and the other three. Will it still work if someone tries to activate it on another contract? Or am i ripping someone off

It doesn't matter if the last bill was paid… I've added and removed numourous phones from my plan just from online… Done it so much I don't even call technical support anymore and avoid the activation surcharge… Old and new phones are sold and bought with no problem…

Sprint and Verizon are CDMA carriers… Their Iphones use CDMA technology. CDAM technology runs off the ESN# in the phone… Moreover, since CDMA iphones are global GSM ready, Apple has blocked ATT and Tmobile signals from working on a Verizon/Sprint iphone.

NExt… Understand what Verizon and Sprint does to a phone when the account holder doesn't meet contract obligations or pays the bill down to $0.00… They lock the ESN to the original account, making the phone non flashable and not usable to any ANY CDMA carrier on Earth. And since it block to all GSM carriers in the USA, you only chance of success is to sell it to someone overseas… Or wait till mom pays the bill down to $0.00… Your choice

if you sell a BAD ESN Phone, you BETTER MAKE SURE YOU PUT BAD ESN IN THE SELLING TITLE… OR ELSE YOU WILL BE SCAMMING THE BUYER ON EBAY AND CRAIGLIST AND SWAPPA.COM
