I made a new email and deleted my old but now my icloud keeps asking me to verify my email?

I made a new email and deleted my old but now my icloud keeps asking me to verify my email, but its my old email, and I can't log out of it because find my iphone is logged in and I can't log out because its still under my old email and says its incorrect, i've asked apple what to do and they were no help at all.

I downloaded the facebook app on my phone with no problem but when I try to download Twitter onto my phone it keeps saying "press continue to verify payment" and when I press continue nothing happens… its the free twitter app so I don't know why its even asking for something like this…
