I need a good app to edit pictures?
I'm a wattpad fanatic, and I never really have good enough covers for my books. I usually use my iPhone or iPod for wattpad. I have tried a variety of apps and I can't find anything. I want an AWESOME book cover. I want an app that can add text to the picture and other effects aswell. Maybe combining two pictures into one aswell.
