I need advice on family issues?

About a month and a half ago my mom brought this guy into our lives and two weeks later they were engaged.another week passes by and bam they got a minister and went to a park… Didn't tell anyone and got married. Its been a rocky road since then. My mom has made a complete U turn and I have no idea who she became. She doesn't care about how I feel about stuff and she barely pays attention to me only to her new hubby. On numerous occasions I've tired to tell her what she's doing but she never listens. Its like she can never be wrong. I want to go and live with my dad but I don't know how the legal system works. I recently got a boyfriend who I'm crazy about and he's a blessing. But I he lives a half an hour away so I only get to see him on the weekends. I miss my dad and my brothers. My eldest brother doesn't barely want to see my mom and my second oldest brother has had a girlfriend for two months and doesn't even want to bring her by cause he doesn't like my mom.since my boyfriend can only call me off his house phone we've been on the phone a lot and today I found out I went over my minutes… A lot. Verizon won't let us drop the charges. I'm switching carriers but I now have an iphone and since I went over my minutes I get a basic phone. I just don't know what to do. I need advice. Should I stay with my mom and slowly have the life sucked out of me or go live with my dad and possibly go through the battle of custody?

Call your dad and ask if you can live with him. If you are over 15 you can make this choice and there will be no custody battle.
You better get a plan with unlimited minutes or you'll be in the same trouble. You should have paid your Verizon bill instead of buying an expensive new phone.
Your mom is in a new relationship and she's in love and doesn't realized how she's acting. I'd think about leaving too.

I advise going to live with your dad. The thought of you having to live with a strange man day in and day out concerns me greatly.

I don't see custody as being a problem. Besides, your mom sounds too self-centered right now to put up much of a fight.

Honey, why don't you have a talk with your dad. Tell him all that's going on in your life, how unhappy you now are. See if there's something, some way he can help you. I dare say there's something that can be done. Don't get up, I'm sure he'll make things much better for you, you'll be happy again… The best to you, honey…
