I need some serious Iphone 4s assistance?

So here's the scoop. My old apple id was linked to my school email, which was deactivated shortly after graduating. I changed my apple id to my new current email address. But for some reason my pre intstalled apps (such as face time and imessage) wouldn't switch over to the new apple id. I couldn't use my iphone at all. The notification to sign into face time and imessage and icloud continued to bombard my screen, disabling all other access to my phone. I couldn't sign in to those though, because they were still associated with my old apple id. When i tried to sign in with my old apple id, it declined it.
Thinking I could just reactivate my phone with a new apple id, I completely reset it. But now to activate my phone, I have to use my old apple id! The one that no longer exists! What do I do?!

This problem happen to me which I forget my old email password and it was linked to cloud, till now I couldn't log on to it!
