I need to restore my iPhone but don't have a computer to back up files?
There's something wrong with my iPhone where it won't able me to turn on wi-fi. Its greyed out and won't let me swipe to turn it on. I went on their website and they said to reset network settings. That didn't work and it says if that didn't work to do a software reset. I haven't got a computer or any thing to reset my files and I will lose everything. Is there anything else I can do?
You can use an internet cafe computer, or borrow a friend's (Can use google docs/dropbox/flash drive)
- My iPhone 4s is on iOS 7.1.2 and I want to upgrade to 9.2 but do I need to backup my files? I read if youre on an iOS lower than 8 you need to backup your files to upgrade to iOS 8 because they ll be deleted but IIm jumping from 7 to 9, will all my stuff be gone/do i need to save everything on my computer?

Whenever my iPhone has a dead battery and I charge it up, it ends up getting stuck on the Apple logo screen. It usually turns on after a while when I keep hard restarting it and charging it, but now it's been the same way for about three or four days. I do not have a computer to restore it. So if I restore it and iOS 8.4 is now on my phone, will I be able to downgrade to iOS 8.3? But I need accurate answers. Because if I don't this and I can't downgrade then it'll suck!
