I ordered an iPhone 4 from sprint, but I don't want it?

I ordered an iPhone 4 from sprint, but I don't want it. I only got it to see if it was really true that it was free. And it was, but now it's too late to cancel the order and I want the iPhone 5.Is I possible to take it to the store (unopened) and have everything canceled before the contract starts?

If the phone has a trial period, yes. But, if it doesn't or that trial period has already expired, than you'll probably have to pay an ETF. I'd talk to the workers at the store to clarify.

You can always return the phone or exchange for another within 14 days. Once you receive the iPhone 4, just go to the store, iPhone unused and unopened, and exchange it for the iPhone 5. Pay the extra.
