I purchased a book in amazon but it won't appear on my kindle e reader on my iphone?

I purchased a book but it won't appear in my kindle e reader on my iphone 5. I re purchased it but it won't appear. What should i do

1. Make sure that your kindle on your iPhone was the nominated device when you set up your Amazon account.

2. There should be a synch and check for new items command in your kindle menu under "Tools". Click on that.

3. But maybe first off you should just try switching your iPhone off, wait a little, and then switch it back on.

1. Are the Kindle and the Kindle reader app registered to the same account you bought the ebook on (or gifted the ebook to)? If not, go to the account you bought the ebook on, go to the Manage Your Kindle page and try to return the ebook for a refund. Kindles and Kindle apps can only read ebooks owned by the account the the Kindle or Kindle app is registered to.

2. Did you buy it at the correct Amazon for your country? If you are in The Philippines, I don't think Amazon has an approved site for you to buy/download Kindle ebooks from.

You should probably contact Kindle Support at the Amazon site you purchased the ebook from.

3. Did you choose your Kindle or Kindle app as the destination when purchasing the ebook? If not, try going to the Manage Your Kindle page at Amazon, find the purchase in your list of owned Kindle content and at the right choose "Deliver to…" and pick any suitable device/app that is registered to your account. You may also be able to download it from the Cloud or Archived Items section (depending on model/version) of your Kindle device or Kindle reader app.

4. Did you buy a huge exact-image textbook (common) or other large-format exact-image Kindle book (rare)? If so, those usually can only be downloaded to Kindle reader software on tablets or PCs and not to phones or 6-inch ereaders.
