I quit my job to develop iPhone apps full time?

Was that a good idea or bad?

It depends on one important factor: Can you develop iPhone apps? It is a very risky business, because you never know who is going to like your app enough to pay for it or download it.

You should do what you enjoy… As long as you are good at it.

It depends, if you already have a successfull business up and running then it might be fine.

Bad Samsung are winning the phone battle, most Iphone users have realized they are paying too much for phone and useless software eg itunes when on a Android phones they are free ( mp3 format)

Bad idea. It's possible to make money, even a lot of money with iphone apps, but it still requires a ton of work AND lucky. It would have been better to hold on to the job until you tested the waters with one or two apps before making the jump completely.

Sorry if that sounds harsh, it's just how it is, as I see it.

  • On my iPhone, if I follow someone on instagram the app will force quit? The app will force quit when I follow/unfollow someone! Therefore, I can't follow anyone:/ help?
  • My Iphone quit working out of the blue? I was charging my Iphone 5s, left it on the counter, went outside to do something, came back in a minute later and my phone is completely dead. It won't light up, charge, ect. I considered the fact that it may have just been frozen but it's been like this for awhile now… I have no idea what's going on… It just stopped working for absolutely NO reason! What happened? It has a cracked screen thats been like that for a few weeks, but other than that it has no other damages.
  • My iPhone 5s sleep/wake button quit working and it's new? I got this like 4 months and it has quit working completely, since I didn't break it will they give me one for free under insurance or warranty
  • IPhone quit turning on after it got disabled One of my nosy relatives messed with my iPhone 3GS on iOS 6.1.3 and disabled it for 23,000,000 minutes. Then it died. I charge it and now it won't start so i can restore it. Is it bricked or is this fixable?
