I recently bought an new iPhone 6 from sprint and I have been experimenting problems?
When I get on the Internet or any app it freezes and kicks me off. Any recommendations to fix this problem? Should I call sprint or any advice?

Turn off the phone and then turn it on again. Try the app. If it keeps doing it then try wiping and then reinstalling the ios.

- Recently my iphone has been getting songs I never bought downloaded? It seems that they downloaded on their own, and when I looked them up, I couldn't even find them in itunes.
