I recently lost my iphone and now i can't access my apple ID because its asking me to provide the verification code it sent to my phone (which i don't have)

Using another device, log into your Apple account and follow the instructions linked below.
- Updated iphone 5 to ios8 and lost photos and access to phototstream? Just updated iphone 5 from ios7 to 8 and now can't access all the photos which were on my photostream? The albums still appear in my phone which i created but there are no photos and none of them have backed up onto my computer. Lost some really important photos so does anyone know how i can find them?

I have and iPhone 4 and I have to switch phones to an iPhone 4S and I need to find an app that I can make an account by email, where I can download and save all my photos and just download the app when I get my new phone and redownload all my photos.
