I set an iPhone restrictions password on my phone, but forgot it?
My younger nephew was borrowing my phone for the week, so I turned restrictions on. But, I forgot the password. I have 9 failed attempts, what happens if I get to 10? I know the phone will be wiped, but does that mean everything will be put to factory settings, or that I can't use my phone at all, or I won't be able to guess the password anymore?
Sidenote- Non-jail broken iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.0.1. And I don't own a computer and I can't restore it from one anyway.
You will either have to now reset and wipe it clean, or take it to an apple store and maybe they can help you.
- IPhone 4S IOS 7.0.6 or 7.1. I forgot my phone password and blocked it, then I restored it? It's now asking for my iCloud password (which i don't know) to activate the phone. I've got the SIM card is in it. I've tried to bypass it one the computer but when I put is into DFU mode for the first step it says ''Ignoring unsupported device UNSUPPORTED'' in the java window. What else can I do so I can use my iPhone?
