I smashed my iPhone 4s and threw the pieces out?
I'm going to get a new iPhone today (iPhone 5 because I have an upgrade). I had embarrassing videos, messages, pictures on the iPhone. Will the workers be able to see what was on the old phone (search history, photos, videos) even though it is thrown out and broken?

How badly broken is it? Because my iphone was badly broken and the workers couldnt see any of my photos and everything else because they had to restore a programme then they lost all my data so the workers or my family didn't know what's on my phone
No you are safe. You don't have to worry about them seeing what was on your old phone
- My mam took out her iphone 4 under contract with t-mobile and her screen was smashed? She does not have insurance and the phone is under a year old, she took the contact out in january 2012. does anyone know if the apple store will fix the screen? Or if i can get it fixed any way with having pay loads of money? :) thank guys
