I spilled my Iphone 3gs in tea and my internet stopped working. How do I fix this?

I can't click on my internet on/off option. It's just permanently off.

Turn the whole thing OFF. Let it dry overnight. (some people say to put it in a cup of dry rice to speed the drying process). Try again tomorrow and it might work. If not, then take it for repairs.

Wait until the iPhone 6 is released.

About a month ago I ran out of my monthly data, which is normally not a big deal because it resets on the 25th of every month, but for some reason this entire month of July it has not reset. Someone said that the headphone slot may have dirt in it leaving the iPhone to believe that there's still headphones in it… Well I blew on it and nothing came out.
