I think I broke my iPhone 5?

I was trying to get iOS 7 with the leaked.ipsw and I thought everything turned out fine then it said I'm not a dev so I'm not able to restore it back to iOS 6. The only option I get in iTunes is Eject. I think if I register as a dev (99$) it would work again but i don't know: I Any advice or anything?

Added (1). @First answer. It is a real iOS 7 file as it did load up to the Welcome to iOS and it was updated like it should it just detected I wasn't part of the Dev program and it won't let me restore, or anything on iTunes other than saying I have to buy this Dev program from Apple.

Added (2). @Second. Thank you, the ipsw is downloading now. I sure hope this works!

Added (3). @Secon 2/2 Didn't work. I have the newest version of Redsn0w but it is old and does not support iOS 6+ Dx So basically I have to cough up 99$?

That sounds like a scam… Try doing a hard reset

That wasn't a leak. That was a pre-release by Apple for developers.

The only thing I can think of that might help you out is if you download the 6.1.3.ipsw and also download redsn0w. Open redsn0w, go to extras>select ipsw>load 6.1.3. Then click "Even more" and "Restore". Restore to 6.1.3 with that.

iTunes will screw you, but redsn0w is a workaround and super helpful.
