I think I gave paypal the wrong address?

I ordered an iPhone 4s on ebay, the iphone didn't arrive so I contacted the seller and he didn't reply, then I had to report the problem by opening a case. The seller did not respond.
20 days have passed so I have escalated the problem now.

Then I ordered another one, this didn't deliver either, I reported this too, but later on I thought there's something wrong, I checked my account and realised that my address has the wrong city but the rest of the address is correct.

Is it my fault? Will paypal give me a refund?

Is it the right zip code? If so it might get there.

if the seller is not responding then it is NOT your fault.
open another case, but do not admit to anything until you get a response. If you get no response ebay will automatically rule in your favor
