I think my iphone's broken

So, I was using my iPhone 4 one minute then I closed it. And then another moment I tried pressing home but my iPhone wouldn't turn on? I tried plugging it into the charger and it still didn't work! I'm so worried! My life is on that phone! And I don't have an iTunes account so I can't restore it. What can I do?!

The same kind of thing happened to my Blackberry Curve 8520.

What I done was I left it plugged into the wall outlet all day and 8 hours later I checked it and voila it turned back on!

I recommend you do the same. If that doesn't work, then e-mail Apple Support, I'm sure they will be happy to help!

Try a hard reset: hold down the home button at the bottom and the sleep/wake button in the top right corner at the same time until you see the apple logo and then let go.

Wait 20 or 30 minutes to turn it on. It's probably a random error
if the battery was in the red zone then it could be low and needs to charge a while
