I thnk hes cheating. Am i over reacting?

Technically I have no real evidence. I have paranoia, and anxiety, a little depression. So I don't know if my 'gut feeling' is that trustworthy; and I don't want to base anything off of that. So here is list of 'signs' that he could be cheating, and list showing that I may be over reacting.
1.) There's a specific girl that he talks to; I keep seeing the same name, pop up on his phone.
- My boyfriend is 27, and this girl is graduating high school this year (2014) she's too young, and I don't really believe he's that type of person.
- They used to work together at a restaurant, so that's how he knows her. I talk to people I work with too, he gets a little jealous of that also… We're very alike.

2.) yesterday, I was watching as he was looking something up on his phone…(he has an iphone) on the top of the screen, a message appeared (I think it was text…) , again, all i saw was her name. He tapped it away before he could read it… I think he did that because I was watching?
-I'm not certain it was a text, but I thought it was the texting symbol.
- I didn't see him texting her later on, but he could have when I wasn't looking?

3.) I was taking him to the bank before work, and I think it was his mom who called him, but he said 'yeah, I will… I'm going back out later anyways…" I didn't bother ask him where he was going, but while I was at work, he just stopped texting me, and that was at like 6 last night… And now it's 12 pm, and still haven't heard from him.
- that could literally mean anything… Not that he's cheating.
-He has tons of therapy appointments because he suffers from depression too, and like me, over analyzes things.
-I told him, that i'm having trouble trusting him… And he told me that hes not an *** whole, that he doesn't go to bars to pick up women, that we have a good steady relationship.
-he took me to meet his family yesterday for the fist time.
-he has no car, and his mom doesn't let him take her car out for long, and I don't know if hes stupid enough to bring another girl to his house with his mom there.

4.) And finally, he washed his sheets and comforter twice, once the day before yesterday, and again yesterday.
-I asked him why, he says because he left them in the washer over night, and he washed them again in the morning so they wouldn't smell bad.

anyways, I guess that's all… Sorry its kind of long. He says that he never provokes girls or anyone for that matter to text him and talk to him; but they do and he just responds. I guess i'm super worried… Could be nothing, but then again, it could be something?

Its nothing except your insecurity and low self-esteem.
guys with girlfriends are allowed to talk to girls that arent their girlfriend. Happens all the time.

From my experience when you feel like they are cheating. THEY ARE!
