I took a used Iphone 5 what's going to happen?
Okay so today me and my friend wernt thinking and took iphones I took iphone5 and she took iphone 4s we got caught 20 mins later. We were walking up to my house and saw the cop up by my house we ran through a feild up to my house, they said we were running away, so they counted that as a felony well we gave the iphones back, and they thought we took money searched my room found nothing.oh and i'm only 14 and have court soon so what's going to happen the iphone i had was like $624.88.
Its a high possibility you will go to Juvie because you stole a $600 item. They won't let you off easy just because you're "at a young age" stealing is stealing. Or you might just get a lawsuit. Depending on what the company is thinking.
See the bright side of this. Maybe they make you go to a spelling class
They will either give you a warning depending on your record or send you to juvie if she had stolen before
