I touched the liquid in a Liquid metal display?
I was being an idiot and taking apart an iPhone without protection. I was stipping the LCD screen for parts when I touched the liquid in the liquid metal display. I wasn't aware it was toxic until someone told me just right now. I don't know what to do, I'm really scared and concern if something bad can happen. I also cut myself on the glass which I'm not sure if the liquid got in me or not. Any suggestion on what I can do or should do?
Thoroughly wash your hands and any other surfaces that came into contact with the chemicals. Wear rubber gloves throughout.
If you have a possibly contaminated cut, flush the wound with sterile water then dry and dress the wound. If there's any stinging or discolouration, then go to your doctor or hospital immediately - if possible take the display with you in a sealed bag, they may need it to determine the exact chemicals you've been exposed to.
A simple touch, you are more than likely fine. If it was so incredibly toxic that one brief encounter would be so toxic, it would not be allowed int he public domain.

- We know that if a smartphone has more than 300 pixels per inch, it is a retina display. How much ppi it need to be a super retina display? It is said that human retina can distinguish pixels and letters in screen seem broken if ppi is below 300. If ppi is above 300, how high the ppi may be, it looks same for human eye, then why iPhone has 458 pixels in iPhone x?
- Spacebar strip of iPhone can't be touched Few months ago, I accidentally dropped my phone on the floor. I immediately picked it up and tried touching the screen, everything was fine… Except for the lower part of the phone. I couldn't type, unlock my phone because the spacebar is part of the disabled screen ;-; Someone help me.
- Phone liquid damage help (iphone)? I have the iphone 4, and i dropped it in pop 4 days ago. It turned back on and the sound even worked suprizinly. But now it turned off again and won't turn back on? I started charging it. Then when i went and checked up on it it was done. Can anyone help?
