I had this problem after the iOS7 update. Simply go to settings/iTunes&App Store. And log out of your account. Turn your phone off by pressing and holding the home and power button at the same time, then turn it back on. Go back to that settings page and log back in. It should work.
I googled the problem and that was the solution I found that worked for me.
