I've tried everything and Can't get rid of other on my iphone (music)?

How did you get rid of Other on your iphone?

I've deleted contacts, apps and still other remains. Got a new PC and its still the same.

You need to restore the phone. Back up data before ad this will completely wipe the phone.

Surprising Apple still hasn't fixed this problem.

  • My iPhone will not charged and I have tried everything to make it try to charge, but nothing has worked When I try to charge my iPhone it will say "this accessory may not be supported." I went to Apple and they tried to reset the settings and the whole phone, but it still did not work. I have tried different chargers too and even at Apple I tried to charge my phone using all the chargers there too. What can I do to fix it? When I charge my phone I have to completely turn it off and it is starting to bug me now.
  • If I restore everything to iCloud on my iphone, can I restore everything and get it all back? I have too many things on my iphone right now, and I was wondering if I can restore it and get everything back from ICloud
  • Can't get past iPhone password lock. Tried everything? I purchased an older iPhone at a thrift store for my mom to use and it has a password lock on it. I have read all the tutorials online to get past the stupid security lock. I can't get my computer to sync to it since it was never linked as a trusted computer. I tried doing the whole 'hold down the power and menu button' to put in recovery mode also, but it won't do it. All it does is says it is password locked. I can't get anything to work. Any suggestions?
