I wanna switch the carrer from Verizon to T-mobile USA?

I wanna switch the carrer from Verizon to T-mobile USA.

I have iPhone5(Verizon, 2 years contract) but I want to get Galaxy Note 3(T-mobile USA, no contract).

I contracted iPhone5 1 year ago, so 1 year left because 2 years contract.
If I switch from Verizon to T-mobile USA, how much do I have to pay for Verizon?

And can I keep my phone number?

It is also so good. You can move, but in that case you should have vast knowledge of english in both written as well as spoken. If you can speak english very nice then it will very helpful to you to switch in your carrier.

But with verizon they'll run my credit. Is pretty good. But i don't want anybody to really run my credit tho lower it. I'm not sure about verizon internet but the commercials looks pretty good. I really like the Lumia 925, because of its small borders, and nice aluminium frame. It is just a awesome phone. I do not like the lumia 928, because because of a lot of reasons, but mostly because it doesn't look good, and it looks a little cheap.
